How fast will I hear? +
We read the company’s job list every few hours, so you usually hear the same day a job is posted. The email links straight to the posting so you can apply right away.
Which companies work best? +
Companies that post through Greenhouse, Lever, Workable or Ashby (many tech companies and startups), SmartRecruiters or Workday (many large employers), and careers pages that list jobs as plain text. We can’t read LinkedIn or Indeed, or careers sites built entirely by JavaScript. Setup shows what we found before you pay.
What counts as my role? +
A new posting whose title has your role’s words, for example “product” and “designer”. A job with a different title for the same work can be missed, so the brief shows the words and you can add more.
Can I limit it to a city or remote? +
Yes. Name the place the way listings write it (“New York”, “Remote”). We match the posting’s location line. We don’t measure distance, so name each city you’d accept.
Do you email every new job? +
Every new job that fits, at most one email a day and up to 10, until the term ends. Jobs that don’t fit your title never email you.
LinkedIn alerts are free. Why pay? +
LinkedIn sends you everything that loosely fits a search, reposts included. We read the employer’s own job list and email you only when your role appears there.
