How do you know when someone new moves in? +
We use the registry’s own updates for your area. Many states and sheriffs publish them, and we set them up for your address and read each one. We also watch police and sheriff notices and local news. Before you pay, the brief says exactly how we’ll watch your address.
Which states work? +
Most. Tell us the address and we’ll tell you before you pay how we’ll cover it. If we can’t, you don’t pay.
Can I watch more than one address? +
Yes. Each address is its own watch, so you can cover your home, a parent’s house and a school.
How fast will I hear? +
We email you as soon as the update reaches us, usually within a day of the registry listing it. This isn’t an emergency line: if you are in danger, call 911.
Is this information public? +
Yes. Registries are public records. Using them to threaten or harass anyone is a crime.
