Privacy

Draft policy. It needs legal review before launch.

This service is operated by [legal entity: not configured], [business address: not configured].

What we collect

  • Your email address, to sign you in and to send case notices.
  • Your cases: what you asked us to watch, the sources, and the brief you approved.
  • Short excerpts from your sources that we keep as evidence for findings, plus fingerprints of page content so we can tell when it changes.
  • Payment records from our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical logs, with email addresses and fetched content redacted, kept for 30 days.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
  • We don’t send marketing email unless you opt in.

Who processes it

We use service providers for hosting and database, payments, email delivery, and AI assistance in setting up and evaluating cases. When AI helps, it receives your request, your case conditions, and the text of the search results and pages we read for your case, not your account details.

How long we keep it

  • Snapshots of sources that didn’t produce a finding: 30 days.
  • Findings and case activity: 12 months after the case closes, unless you delete them sooner.
  • Payment records: as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can export your data or delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account stops all monitoring and notices and removes your case content through a deletion job. Copies in backups expire on the backup schedule, and payment records we must keep are kept.
