What the fee covers
- The fee pays for monitoring during the term, whether or not we find a match.
- You pay once at the start. We never charge again automatically. Renewing is a new case you choose to buy.
- We run the check before you pay. If we can’t do it, or it already happened, we won’t take your money.
- Taxes, if any apply, are shown before you pay.
Refunds
- Full refund if we can’t start the case you paid for.
- Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the start and we haven’t sent a finding.
- If an agreed source goes three days without a successful check, we offer a full refund and stop.
- A case that ends with no match isn’t refunded: the purchase was the monitoring period.
