When is the iPhone 18 coming out?
Not yet. There’s no date yet.
Apple hasn't set a date for the regular iPhone 18 yet. This year Apple split the lineup: the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max came out in the fall, and the standard model was held back. Reporters (AppleInsider, MacRumors, Forbes) say it should arrive in spring 2027, maybe March, with an iPhone 18e beside it. That is still reporting, not Apple's word. We search every day, and we'll email you once Apple itself names the day.
What we’re watching for
An Apple Newsroom press release that names the day the iPhone 18 goes on sale.
Apple opening iPhone 18 pre-orders on apple.com with a delivery date.
An Apple event or announcement that sets the date for the regular iPhone 18, even if it's shared with the iPhone 18e.
You hear from us. One email, with the quote and the link.
Doesn’t count: The iPhone 18 Pro, Pro Max, Air or the folding iPhone, which are separate phones. Also "spring 2027" and March dates from leakers, analysts or supply-chain reports until Apple confirms them.

Questions
Why is this free?
We run a few public watches on things lots of people are waiting for. It shows how we work. A watch you open for yourself, on anything you like, is from $2.99, paid once.
How fast will I hear?
We check once a day, not every minute. You’ll hear within a day of the news.
Will you email me anything else?
No. One email to confirm your address, one when it happens, then we stop. Every email has a link to stop them all.
Where does the news come from?
We read the news and official sources every day. A rumor, a leak or a fan post doesn’t count: it has to be said by whoever decides.
